Fab apartment with everything you could possibly think of. The owners are lovely and send out a very informative pack before you leave and keep full contact with you. The apartment is spacious and clean. The private rooftop area with jacuzzi is an absolute bonus!! There is also a lovely balcony attached to the bedroom where we ate breakfast overlooking the garden area. It has a central location next to the Kings Mall and is less than 5 mins walk from all the tavernas and bars. Will definitely be back!!

Brilliant apartment excellent location with all the information u need before you arrive from Lisa & Mark and good information in the apartment regarding restaurant & things to do within the area. Brilliant shopping mall next door. Would def like to return and would certainly recommend.

This luxury apartment is exactly as described, and basically has everything you need for a wonderful holiday in Cyprus. My wife and I stayed for the whole of February having not previously visited Cyprus before, and its a great base for either relaxing indoors or travelling around the island. (Sadly it wasn’t warm enough to use the outdoor pool). The nearest beach is only a ten minute walk away and the harbour around 15 minutes. The information pack sent to us by Mark and Lisa prior to travelling was spot on and extremely helpful. I could go on and on … needless to say we would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Cyprus for a holiday whether in or out of season.

We had a great week in the apartment one of the best we have stayed in. Lisa and Mark had everything organised and recommended for us. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of bubbly and a lovely card as it was the week before our golden wedding anniversary. The area is fantastic with lots of restaurants and fantastic food the next time we return to Paphos we will be checking first with Lisa and Mark to see what dates they have available.

This spacious apartment is next to the Kings Avenue Mall which has coffee shops, fast food eateries, a supermarket & lots of retail therapy for shopaholics. There are plenty of restaurants & bars on the Tomb of The Kings Road, some with music & karaoke, others a bit more relaxed but if you like more lively bars then Kato Paphos is a 15 minute stroll away. As for the apartment, everything is top quality & the owners, Lisa & Mark, who regularly use it themselves, appear to take great pride in their apartment (and rightly so) hence everything is in an excellent state of repair & spotlessly clean. A welcome feature was the fitted water filters which saved carrying heavy bottles & gave us a constant supply of ice cubes. As for the rooftop terrace & jacuzzi – HEAVEN. Highly recommended.

Third visit to this lovely apartment … if anything it was better than the previous 2 times. Still very quiet, even though your only 100 yds away from Tomb of the Kings Road. AC was very useful when needed jacuzzi again was brilliant And the sun deck was yet again used to its full extent 🙂 Lisa has added a TV box too so plenty of extra channels now if your that way inclined. Apartment was as always spotless and Lisa was very prompt with all the relevant info and codes for the apartment, even posting AND emailing it. With a lovely card wishing us a great holiday in Paphos was as always skorching hot n sunny. Lovely holiday 🙂

We have just enjoyed 3 brilliant weeks at this penthouse at Queens Gardens. It has 2 good sized bedrooms and a massive open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area. Each room as a great sized balcony and to top it off the apartment has a large roof terrace with a wonderful hot tub (we used it every day) and built in barbecue area. The apartment has everything you can wish for. Only a short walk from the harbour and plenty of restaurants on the doorstep. The magnificent Kings Avenue shopping mall is next door with plenty of shops and a food hall and a great size supermarket which is very handy. Lisa the owner was very accommodating and helped us with everything we needed. Gutted it’s not available for our dates next year!!!!

Great communication from Lisa and Mark throughout the Covid situation. We were so lucky to get out to Paphos again to stay in this apartment. It’s a gem and so close to all the amenities with great parking downstairs and a lovely shared pool area which we were free to use. The apartment is spacious with two large bedrooms and a sofa bed if required in the living room. It also boasts a large balcony area attached to the main bedroom which was lovely to use for breakfasts and a fantastic rooftop which we used quite often for the hot tub and sun beds. We will definitely be back and although I’ve recommended it to friends … I really don’t want to share my little piece of heaven! Thank you Lisa for all your messages and hopefully will be in contact soon when the world calms down.

Stayed here with friends for a week and has a brilliant time. Apartment is amazing, well equipped, beautifully decorated and ideally situated. Pool area is clean and has plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. During our stay we used the pool several times and it was never overly busy. We didn’t spend much time inside the apartment as the weather was fantastic – but we certainly made good use of the roof terrace and the fab hot tub. Had a couple of bbqs up there too. I would recommend this property – particularly for families and couples. Communication from the owners was excellent – a great information pack is sent prior to arrival and is very comprehensive with good instructions regarding the apartment and recommendations for restaurants and local activities.

Stayed here for a week, and what a fabulous apartment – had everything and more. Details provided by Lisa beforehand were second to none. Various balconies to choose from, with sun on them at various times of the day. The hot tub and roof terrace was out of this world. The apartment was cleaned to a high standard. I hope to return to this apartment in the future, and would highly recommend.

Stayed here for the week with my extended friend & family. We didn’t like it … WE LOVED IT!!! Spacious, clean and fun. We enjoyed karaoke nights in, bbqs on the roof … lavished in the jacuzzi & enjoy the beautiful sites that paphos has to offer. We even had a welcome pack of goodies waiting for us on our arrival. We had an amazing holiday at Mark and Lisa’s apartment. A brilliant location, walking distance to everywhere. Everything u needed was in the apartment and Lisa was brilliant at keeping in touch and helping whenever needed. Will definitely go back if we head to Cyprus again.

Had a great week here really well equipped apartment close to everything you could want. Weather wasn’t that great but the hot tub made up for not being able to use the pool. The owners were really helpful and gave us loads of information on places to go and good restaurants to eat. Will definitely use this place again.

Always our “go to” apartment each year as the location is central to the Tomb of the Kings road and close to the Mall. Apartment is immaculate and has all the facilities you should need – the owners have thought of everything. Fantastic roof space area with a personal hot tub and bbq with a lovely seating area and sunbeds. The owners are lovely and communication is great!! Highly recommended.
